Opened it by the front door

The parcel turned up just as I got home, so this is a rather unglamorous hallway unboxing. Box was a little squashed at one corner; the sheets inside were fine. I bought these because I wanted something simple to add to my evening routine.

Six patches on the sheet in my photo. The outer box is bigger than I expected, but it was easy enough to tuck away. Haven't used enough to say much beyond that yet.

Finally tried the patch format

I've had this on my list for a while. Mostly curious about the lavender scent and not having another bottle on my bedside table. The colour is exactly as pictured.

Held the sheet over my jeans because the listing photos didn't give me much sense of size. The individual squares are quite small. Getting a corner started takes a moment if your nails are very short.

The backing is the fiddly bit

Once I found a corner it peeled off neatly. I was expecting the patch itself to be thicker. Would be nice to have a bigger tab on the backing.

Simple enough after a long day

I follow the directions on the box and put one on clean, dry skin. It's become the point where I stop checking work messages. I like the small routine; I'm not treating it as a fix for every bad night.

More purple than discreet

Mirror photo because it was easier than trying to photograph my own arm. You can definitely see the purple patch with a sleeveless top. Doesn't bother me at home, but worth knowing if you want something invisible.

My partner took this from beside my shoulder. It shows the fabric texture better than my first attempt. It's a flat little square, not a thick pad.

TV, then bed

This is pretty much my usual evening: old blanket, remote, phone finally out of reach. The patch is easy to forget about once I'm settled. I still keep the rest of my wind-down routine the same.

Fits in my wash bag

Packed a sheet for a weekend away instead of taking the whole box. Handy format when you're trying to keep luggage small. I left it in its original packaging inside the pouch.

Hotel room unpacking

I travel for work and like keeping a few familiar things in my wash bag. These went in with my eye mask. The hotel room was still noisy, obviously, but I liked having my usual evening setup.

Taken on a work trip

Used it as directed after checking into the hotel. No measuring and no extra liquid to carry. I can't separate the patch from being absolutely exhausted that night, so I'm keeping my expectations sensible.

Weekend bag essentials

A sheet takes up very little room. The full box was more than I needed for two nights, so that stayed at home.

Adding a picture next to my suitcase pocket. Easy to pack without bending it. I keep the directions with it rather than trying to remember them.

Finally cleared the nightstand

The box lives in the drawer now. I was leaving bits of backing paper around, so I put a small bin beside the bed. Tiny change, but much less mess.

I put the remaining sheet back into the original box after taking one out. The carton flap is getting a bit bent from opening it, though it still closes.

Nice idea, not a dramatic change

The format suits me, but I haven't noticed a big change in my nights. I also keep irregular hours, which probably isn't helping. I'll finish the pack before deciding whether to buy again.

I like lavender, my partner doesn't. Worth checking whether the scent is something you both enjoy if you share a room.

Less faff

No bottle or plug to find space for. I open it, follow the instructions and put the box away. Refreshingly straightforward.

Fine once it's on. I dropped the little backing paper twice while half asleep. Open it before you're completely ready to nod off.

I read the label first

I usually rush through instructions, but took a minute with these. Glad I did. The way I use them is based on the pack, not on somebody else's photo.

Three stars for now. Easy to use, just not sure it's something I need every evening.

Part of switching off

My phone goes on charge across the room, then I get ready for bed. Adding the patch to that sequence feels natural. The biggest thing for me is actually sticking to a bedtime.

Would prefer less outer packaging. The patches themselves are easy to store.

Bought for myself

I nearly ordered these as a gift, then decided to try a pack myself first. I'm particular about fragrance and wanted to know what I thought before giving it to anyone else.

The dark purple is quite noticeable on my arm. Fine under a loose T-shirt sleeve.

The packaging and format are fine. I'm just more sensitive to fragrance than I thought. That's personal preference, but I wouldn't buy the lavender version again.

I keep the box next to my paperback. Much easier to remember it's there.

Good for a small bedside drawer

My bedroom is tiny and I don't want another device or bottle on the table. The box fits in the drawer with my eye mask. I do wish the small print were a touch larger.

First week

I've only used a few, so this is mostly about the practical side. Easy to peel once you get the corner, no preparation beyond following the label. Too early for me to say more.

I like that I can pack a sheet and leave the bulky bits at home.

I work late a couple of nights a week. Putting work away is still the hard part; these don't do that for me. But having a short, repeatable getting-ready-for-bed routine has been useful.

Okay, with a couple of niggles

The box flap feels a bit flimsy and peeling the backing isn't my favourite job. The patch itself is fine. I'd consider another pack, but probably wouldn't stock up yet.
